AlevStore operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Sale and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

• Order information including the pack you selected, the price, any notes you add, and your order history with us.

• Usage and advertising information including the campaign tag in the link you arrived through, and — only if you consent to cookies — information about your interaction with our site collected through the Meta Pixel.

We do not collect payment card or financial account information, because all orders are paid in cash on delivery. We do not operate customer accounts, and we do not collect special category data.

• Directly from you, when you complete the order form or email us.
• Automatically through the Services, from your device when you visit the site, and — with your consent — through cookies and similar technologies.
• From our service providers, when they process personal information on our behalf.

How We Use Your Personal Information

• Providing the Services. To perform our contract with you: to process and fulfil your order, to call you to confirm it before dispatch, to arrange shipping, and to handle returns, exchanges and cancellations.
• Communicating with you. To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Advertising measurement. Where you have consented, to measure how our advertising performs and which campaign led to an order.
• Security and fraud prevention. To detect and prevent fraudulent, duplicated or malicious orders.
• Legal reasons. To comply with applicable law, keep accounting records, respond to valid legal process, and enforce our terms.

How We Disclose Personal Information

In certain circumstances we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy:

• Our delivery courier in Syria, who receives your name, mobile number and address in order to deliver your order.
• Google LLC, which stores our order records through Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers this website.
• Meta Platforms, which receives site interaction data through the Meta Pixel — only where you have consented to cookies.
• In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, or to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect our rights and those of our users.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Third Party Websites and Links

The Services may link to websites operated by third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. You should review their policies before providing information to them.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about anyone under 18. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

Security and Retention of Your Information

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to our order records is protected by a password-protected account with two-factor authentication. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." We recommend you do not use unsecure channels to send us sensitive information.

We retain order records for 24 months to handle after-sales enquiries and returns, and accounting records for the period required by law. After that they are deleted.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the rights below. These rights are not absolute and in certain cases we may decline a request as permitted by law.

• Right to access the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to delete personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.

If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the details below. AlevStore is established in the United Kingdom, so you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or with your local data protection authority.

International Transfers

We transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in. In particular, your name, number and address are transferred to our delivery courier in Syria so that your order can be delivered — a transfer that is necessary for the performance of your contract with us. Where we transfer personal information out of the United Kingdom to our service providers, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the transfer is to a country determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised policy here and update the "Last updated" date.

Returns & Refunds

Window. 14 days from delivery, for any reason.

Used items are accepted. We specifically ask you to try it — bake one tray on it. If food sticks or you are unhappy, return the set even with one mat used, for a full refund.

How to return. Email info@velotrixmediasolutions.com with your order number within 14 days. We arrange collection from your address. A full cash refund is issued within 7 business days of us receiving the set.

Costs. We cover return costs in all cases, including change of mind. Because delivery was free, refunds are issued in full with nothing deducted.

Damaged or wrong item. Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo, for a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Not covered. Mats damaged by use contrary to the safety instructions (placed directly on charcoal, used on a saj, or heated above 500°F); mats cut, pierced or modified after delivery; and requests made more than 14 days after delivery.

Cancellation before dispatch. Free of charge — just email us before the order leaves for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Coverage. We deliver to all Syrian governorates: Damascus, Rural Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Latakia, Tartus, Idlib, Daraa, As-Suwayda, Quneitra, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Al-Hasakah.

Delivery time. Under normal conditions orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Delivery can take up to 14 days depending on your governorate, courier capacity, customs processing, and other conditions outside our control. Timing is counted from your phone confirmation, not from submitting the form. Orders placed after 4pm are prepared the next business day.

Cost. Shipping and delivery are free on all orders, and the displayed price includes taxes and customs duties. The price shown on the site is exactly what you pay the courier — no shipping charge, tax or customs fee is added on receipt.

Payment. Cash on delivery only. Nothing is charged upfront and we never ask for card details.

Order confirmation. We call the number you provided to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders are not shipped.

Failed delivery. The courier attempts delivery twice. If you cannot be reached the parcel returns to us and we contact you to reschedule. Wrong or unreachable numbers, or inaccurate addresses, may result in cancellation. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or duplicated.

Inspection. Check the parcel with the courier present where possible. If it arrives damaged or incomplete, refuse it or email us within 48 hours.

Terms of Sale

1. Your order. Submitting the form is a purchase request, not a binding contract. The contract forms when we confirm your order by phone. We may decline any order, with reasons given.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Prices. Prices displayed apply at the time of ordering and may change without notice. The price we confirm with you by phone is the binding one. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel free of charge.

4. The product. PTFE-coated fiberglass mats, PFOA-free, 40 × 33 cm each. Colours may vary slightly from the photographs because of screen settings.

5. Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the safety instructions below — in particular heating above 500°F, or placing the mat directly on charcoal, on flames, on a saj, or in a stone oven. Nothing in these terms affects any legal rights you have that cannot be waived.

6. Intellectual property. All text and images on this site belong to AlevStore and may not be copied without permission.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not deprive you of any mandatory protection under the law of your country of residence.

Safety & Care

Do: use on a tray on the middle rack of a gas oven; on a grill, place it on the metal grate with the coals below and not touching it; use plastic or wooden tools only; let it cool before cleaning and wipe with warm soapy water; roll it to store; replace any mat that is torn, scratched through or scorched.

Don't: place it directly on charcoal or flames; use it on a saj or in a stone bakery oven; use it under the top grill element; fold it; use metal tools or knives on it; leave it on a heat source with no food on it.

Pet birds: fumes from any overheated PTFE coating can harm birds. Keep birds out of the kitchen while cooking and ventilate the room.
